The short version
You have 10 days to notify us if you want to return or exchange an item, and a further 10 days to send it back. That's a 20-day return window from the date you receive your order.
What can't be returned
Some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable by nature:
- ✕Personalised or made-to-order items that can't be resold as-is
- ✕Perishable products (food, flowers, etc.)
- ✕Specially commissioned creative work — art, sculpture, ceramics
- ✕Personal items with a hygiene seal (earrings, cosmetics, underwear) where the seal is broken

Contact us within 10 days
Email support@ribigifts.com to let us know you'd like to cancel or return your order.

Package and send back
Once confirmed, securely package the item and return it within 10 days. We recommend a tracked/signed-for service. You bear the cost of return postage.

Receive your refund
We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, or 14 days after you provide proof of postage.
Please don't discard or destroy any product — including packaging — before we've confirmed your return. You're responsible for any diminished value resulting from mishandling during the return process.
