The short version
You have 10 days from receiving your order to notify us of a return, and a further 10 days to send it back. That is a 20-day return window from delivery. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
Important: RibiGifts is a marketplace. Products are fulfilled by independent vendors. While each vendor has their own fulfilment process, RibiGifts acts as the point of contact for all returns and complaints. If you have an issue, always come to us first — we will handle it on your behalf and ensure a fair resolution.
Who is eligible to return?
You are eligible to return an item if:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its description
- You changed your mind, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and not on the non-returnable list
- The wrong item was delivered
What cannot be returned
- Personalised or made-to-order items that cannot be resold in their current state
- Perishable products — food, fresh flowers, and similar items
- Specially commissioned creative work — art, sculpture, ceramics, and bespoke commissions
- Personal items where a hygiene seal has been broken (earrings, cosmetics, underwear)
- Digital gift cards and e-vouchers once delivered or viewed
- Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of damage caused by the customer
How to return an order

Contact us within 10 days
Email hello@ribigifts.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not return the item before we have confirmed your request.

Package and send back within 10 days
Once we confirm your return, securely package the item in its original packaging if possible and send it back within 10 days. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Receive your refund
We will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, or 14 days after you provide valid proof of postage — whichever is sooner.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@ribigifts.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. Do not return the item without contacting us first. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage — at no cost to you.
Do not discard or destroy any product — including the packaging — before we have confirmed your return request. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from mishandling of the item during the return process.
