These terms apply to all sellers on RibiGifts. By creating a seller account or listing products on our platform, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, email hello@ribigifts.com.
Eligibility
- You must be a registered business or sole trader to sell on RibiGifts.
- Your products must meet our quality and authenticity standards before going live.
- RibiGifts reserves the right to approve or decline any seller application without obligation.
Product standards
- All products must be accurately described, correctly priced, and available to dispatch.
- Product images must reflect the actual item. Misleading images are grounds for immediate delisting.
- You must not list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.
- RibiGifts may remove any product at any time without notice if it fails to meet platform standards.
Fulfilment obligations
- You are responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching all orders placed through RibiGifts.
- Orders must be dispatched within the timeframe stated on your product listing.
- You must provide accurate tracking information for all orders.
- Repeated fulfilment failures may result in account suspension.
Commission and payments
- RibiGifts charges a commission on each sale — the rate is confirmed during onboarding.
- Payouts are processed on a regular schedule agreed during onboarding.
- RibiGifts reserves the right to withhold payment where there is a dispute or suspected fraud.
Returns and disputes
- RibiGifts manages all customer-facing returns and disputes on behalf of vendors.
- Where a return is accepted and the item is received back, the relevant refund will be deducted from your next payout.
- Sellers are expected to cooperate promptly in resolving any customer dispute.
Prohibited items
- Counterfeit or replica goods of any kind
- Goods that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Hazardous, illegal, or controlled substances
- Products that violate consumer protection laws in any jurisdiction we operate in
Account suspension and termination
- RibiGifts may suspend or terminate a seller account for any breach of these terms.
- Sellers may close their account at any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@ribigifts.com.
- Pending orders must be fulfilled before an account can be closed.
RibiGifts reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
