Find a lower price
Spot an identical product from an approved retailer (Etsy, Moonpig, John Lewis or Next) at a lower price within 7 days of your order.

Contact our team
Email support@ribigifts.com with your order number plus a screenshot and link to the lower-priced item.

Receive a voucher
If the claim checks out, we'll send you a RibiGifts voucher for the difference — valid for 12 months.

Key terms
- →Claim must be made within 7 days of your order being accepted.
- →The lower-priced product must be identical — same seller, make, size, colour, and specification.
- →Doesn't apply to flash sales, promo codes, members-only or apps-only prices, or misprinted prices.
- →Only one claim per order. Refund issued as a RibiGifts voucher valid for 12 months.
- →We may take up to 14 days to assess your claim. Our decision is final.
- →Claim is voided if the product is returned or refunded after a successful claim.
