How do I use a promo code?
At the payment stage of checkout, you'll see a box labelled 'Promotional code or gift card'. Click it, type your code, and hit enter to apply.
Why isn't my promo code working?
Double-check the spelling and numbers in your code, and confirm the offer is still valid and your basket meets any minimum spend. If it still won't apply, contact our customer service team.
Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one code can be applied per order. If you've already used one, a second code can't be added to the same basket.
Do promo codes apply to delivery?
Promo codes apply to the product price only — not the delivery charge.
