How our delivery model works
RibiGifts is a marketplace. Most of the products on our site are listed by independent vendors who handle their own fulfilment. This means the vendor ships directly to your recipient — which is great news for delivery speed and reliability, especially for local deliveries within the recipient's country.
Occasionally, if a product needs to be shipped internationally, it may take longer. We are transparent about this — see the timelines below. For international shipments, full tracking details from our delivery partners will always be provided.
Order confirmed
Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
Dispatched by vendor
The vendor who listed the product prepares and ships your order directly — most are shipped locally within the destination country.
Tracking sent
You'll receive tracking details from our delivery partners once your order is dispatched. Keep an eye on your inbox.
Delivered
Your gift arrives at the recipient's address. We allow up to 30 days before we consider an order overdue and take action.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Personalised or made-to-order items may add additional production time — check the product page.
International orders
Most items on RibiGifts are fulfilled locally by vendors within the recipient's country. However, some items may require international shipping. When this happens, delivery can take up to a month in some cases. We will always provide you with tracking information from our delivery partners so you can follow your order every step of the way.
When should I contact you about a late order?
We ask that you allow the full estimated window for your region before raising a concern. As a general rule:
- UK orders: Please wait at least 7 business days from dispatch before contacting us.
- European orders: Please wait at least 10 business days.
- US, Canada & international orders: Please wait at least 14 business days.
- All orders: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve.
Good to know
- Import duties and taxes may apply on international orders — these are not included in the product price and are the buyer's responsibility.
- In the event of delays due to postal strikes, extreme weather, or customs hold-ups, the vendor or our team will contact you to keep you updated.
- Personalised and bespoke items may require additional production time before dispatch — always check the product page.
- If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@ribigifts.com — we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee changes once dispatched.
